The Old Contemptible – No. 416, September 1968
CHELMSFORD Our July meeting opened with a good muster of nine Chums and one Patron present. It was with much regret that our Hon. Secretary has had to retire through ill-health. However, we have Chum C. Brand in the Branch who is prepared to take over, and this was very much appreciated by all Chums.
Our Chairman is trying to contact Chums and friends about a dinner, but as Chums are so scattered over the county, it is a big job. We all wish him luck in his efforts. We wish all housebound Chums better health now the weather is improving and best wishes to sick Chums.
